The IL philosophy promotes self-determination, equal opportunities, systems of individual advocacy, peer support, and self-help, along with self-respect.
Right now, we are in need of a vast array of volunteers. Groups and individuals over the age of 18 contact us if you are interested in volunteering . From ramps to support team, volunteers are always greatly needed and appreciated! Training provided. You can forever change a life and feel good about doing so.
No one should ever go hungry. With escalating food cost it has become more difficult for people with disabilities to afford much needed food. We have available food for any individual with a disability. Reach out to us by phone or email.
With escalating rental rates have you thought about a roommate? Contact us to explore the possibility of finding someone compatible for sharing housing costs.

This Flu Season:
The cumulative hospitalization rate is higher than the rate in week 43 during every previous flu season since 2010-2011
CDC estimates that so far there have been at least 1,600,000 illnesses, 13,000 hospitalizations, and 730 deaths from the flu.
